Hi all,

Does anyone have a decent Car Battery for sale, somewhere in my area ?. I live in the Wednesbury Area of the West Midlands, dont mind driving a few miles to pick one up !. I know it might sound like I`m being a Tight Git, :wanker: but its for my other half`s Fiat Punto, and I/we are intending to advertise it for sale in the next couple of weeks, and I dont need the Expense of a new Battery !!.

Dimension Wise, it needs to be around 200mm Long x 180mm High x 180mm Wide.

If anyone is interested in buying an Excellent 1998 Punto 1.2, (apart from a Knackered Battery), with only 42k on the Clock and a FSH, give us a Shout !.

Try RSM scrapyard in Great Bridge, they normally have a Punto or two (dozen) in.
Good on prices as well.

Hi mate,

Believe it or not I tried RSM this morning !. Only got Square Lugs at the mo. I was a bit surprised when the guy I was talking to on the phone told me that Ray had sold the Yard to him around 3 Years ago !!. Blimey, dont time fly.

Get a square lugged one off him and change terminals,

Glaze Auto Parts in Dixon Strret in Bilston are good for that sort of stuff.
