so what do u swear by what is the best today ... is it still K&N oil filters

as we all i want the best for my engine .....

and mister stretch i dont owner hair dyers only real gear scooters besides i rebuild them its my day job :D there is no oil filter 2t :D

i want one for a V6 2.8 rebored 1mm t2 fast road cam big webber carb so i want a £20 plus oil filter id much rather pay higher then have cheap shizz and i need 2 of them one for running in 600-800miles is it then a second for the oil and oil filter change

tryed k&n website no oil filter shown for a 2.8 cologne capri granda ??? wtf
dont even know what year my engine is note the words told a Granada but then told same as capri or seriea or something else ... think ill call up specialised engines tomorrow at goodwood build up lol

K+N for me too. Me and my mates always refer to Fram as "the orange box of death".

Been told that the spin on filter for a sbc Is the same as a ford pinto engine although I've not checked but if the v6 is the same as a pinto then it could be the same as the Chevy
heres a question for you is the releif valve set at diffferent pressures and when some same engine size would that be a rated filter for oil flow ???

Without the old crossreference guides I honestly wouldn't even consider guessing

As I said I've been told that the correct Fram one doesn't do the job it's listed for so from that info I can't answer sorry

Well, whatever you use, don't use the canton strippable filter ....... Made a fantastic job of completely wrecking the bearings on my engine.

K&N for me from now on !!
