Hi i've been looking online but can't find any info on how to widening the front wheel arches for a model y.

Has any got a link to a website with the info or has any one done it befor and can offer pointers, pos some pics to help aswell

Start by looking at them from the top, then imagine them as wide as you want, then draw a line along them which will be the easiest way to infill.
This isn't always a straight line, it could go from side to side to try and keep the curves correct....

Can you form steel into curves???

If not it might be difficult, unless you can get another pair of wings to cut up as well...

if you are widening the track more than just fitting wider wheels it may be best to extend near the mounting flange as its the least curvy part of the wing.

Chears yh im fairly good at forming metal into curves its just having never widened any wheel arches before i hadn't got a clue where to start
