I only watch it on replay, so can fast forward to the good bits. Makes each show last about 5 mins !
Brewer is an annoying little twat at the best of times.

Like most car tv shows, aimed at those that dont know much about cars.

Why would you put a car up for £6k accept £5k then buy it back for £9.5k after someone had coloured the wheels & spoiler, removed the non working A/C, remapped it & added an inter cooler & 2 extra names to the V5

Why would there be two extra names on the v5? What makes you think it really was sold and then bought back by the same person? It could be a friend of the producer who fancied getting his mug on TV and his car done up on the programmes budget. The buying and selling bit is all made up anyway and usually friends and family of the film crew.
