Breather / roll over vent in jaz fuel cell

Just wondering what breather to you guys use in your plastic fuel tank . I am pumping from the bottom of tank to engine , with a return from pump to top of tank . Just noticed today tank looked hard , so cracked the top off and it was under pressure . Tank has a roll over vent I believe the middle bit moves , not well but it moves . Is this a problem or do I need some other breather .
Cheers Dazza

Here's one I prepared earlier...

Hose does sit closer to tank now but not keen on the 90' elbow sticking up.
The Waitrose grocery bags snag on it. :D

Does your tank not have two connections at bottom?
Don't know really but does much fuel get pushed back in and maybe get all airyated getting sloshed back in from above :beuj:

I have 2 take offs at the bottom one to pump the other has a cap on it for draining out fuel I guess , returns to the top of tank with a pipe inside the tank going nearer the bottom to stop to much airiation .

When returning fuel to the tank always do it to the top or the pressure of fuel in the tank can hinder it returning. Also use a hose size not smaller than the same as the feed line. One size bigger is better. This is because at idle your using hardly any fuel and the return isn't under as much pressure (force) as the feed line fuel. Therefore it needs an easier path to get back to the tank or it can affect the system.

Also if you direct the return fuel to the side of the tank so it doesn't hit the tank contents it will cut aeration to almost nothing. Mine has a 45* fitting inside the tank to direct the fuel onto the cell side. I stuck a bulk head connection in the boot floor to secure the breather line.

First pic shows just breather.
Second pic shows -10 roll over valve fitted.
